Our work unit integrates and provides IT solutions to support business and HR processes. We assume product responsibility for these IT products, including those based on the hybrid SAP platform (on premise and cloud), as well as for the integration of other third-party software, and offer the necessary services. As part of the product support assigned to us and as an application development unit, we perform a wide range of tasks, including processes for communication connections from/to SAP applications (including the use of SAP Process Orchestration).

Work of particular value: Your assignment with us

• As the head of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for all interfaces to, from and between SAP systems.
• As the overarching service provider for all Bundesbank services that are technically supported by SAP, you will analyse and evaluate new market standards in the area of interfaces, taking into account the harmonization, standardization and maintainability of further and new developments of communication interfaces.
• You represent your line manager on all SAP interface issues, shape the future of the team and support the future-oriented change process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a degree program with a focus on information technology or comparable knowledge from many years of professional experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a qualified team.
• Very good knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures of SAP process orchestration and interface technologies used to or with SAP-based applications as well as several years of experience in their use and application.
• Good knowledge of SAP programming and associated development tools.
• Good knowledge of the basic principles of IT architecture management, IT cyber security and knowledge of the components and interdependencies of an IT landscape.
• Knowledge of successor technologies to SAP PO, particularly in a cloud context.
• Knowledge of procedures in application development.
• Independent work organization, strong analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a high degree of commitment, flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Willingness and health suitability to work under special time requirements (occasional, paid assignments on weekends and public holidays as well as regular on-call duties).
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.

Remuneration:

Remuneration in line with the TVöD on the basis of pay group E 12, plus bank bonus, future-oriented job in the public sector with reliable working conditions, permanent employment contract, basic possibility of becoming a civil servant, possibility of continuing an existing civil servant relationship (up to A 13 gD), extensive further training opportunities.
