• Individual care and advice for guests with regard to special private arrangements
• Short-term planning, organization and calculation as well as purchase and sale of these private arrangements
• Independent and responsible correspondence with the responsible shore excursion agencies
• Active support of the Shore Excursion Manager in controlling and enforcing quality standards in the area of responsibility for tourism
• Presence in the guest area and active host for the guests
• Taking care of guests during the outward and return flights, as well as on pre- and post-programs
• Willingness to induct within the framework of the position as Shore Excursion Consultant

What you bring on board:

• Specialist training as a travel agent or tourism specialist
• Several years of experience in a comparable position on board cruise ships
• Reliable worldwide destination knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German (mother tongue) and English (spoken and written), further foreign languages desirable
• Very good PC skills, especially MS Office applications, Fidelio Cruise and DaVinci desirable
