Are you looking for a varied job in a dynamic environment?
We are looking for a motivated part-time (50%) administrator (m/f/d) who enjoys working with systemic eCommerce processes to strengthen our Merchandise Management eCommerce team.
What you can expect:
- Systematic monitoring of the seasonal product range in the global online store
- Carrying out availability checks and ensuring on-time delivery and go-live of our products
- Participation in the allocation and replenishment of goods
- Supporting the (Senior) Merchandise Manager with relevant product and island activities
- Updating reports to monitor the success of our merchandising activities
- Execution of systemic merchandise transfers between the sales channels
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces
- Participation in trading meetings
Your profile:
- Business administration studies or completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Ideally initial professional experience (in the eCommerce sector)
- Very good user knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint. Ideally also basic knowledge of SAP
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Product affinity and understanding of systemic eCommerce processes
- Fluent in written and spoken English
