Working student (m/f/d) Product Management Operation Room

Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG (OEKG) | Endoscopic Solutions | max. 20 h per week for at least 6 months, starting February 2025

• Support the EMEA Endoscopy Solutions Ecosystem (ESE) General Surgery product management team with the preparation of marketing material and go-to-market initiatives for the new ESE General Surgery portfolio.
• Assist in competitive information gathering from formal resources and country sales force under the supervision of product managers.
• Support administrative steps of the product launch or GPSP process.
• Collaborate with MBCs and Marketing Communications to develop marketing material, product information, and product documentation.
• Work with other Surgical Endoscopy Group unit product managers and working students to ensure alignment across the entire portfolio.
• Assist in the organization of promotional events (e.g., launch event).
• Help organize internal workshops and training sessions.
• Prepare sales reports based on data from various sources.
• Initiate groundwork for digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's student (m/f/d) enrolled in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Health Care Management, Informatics, or similar.
• Experience in digital marketing practices and demonstrated knowledge of marketing.
• In-depth expertise in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong performance drive.
• Strong team player with a positive and proactive work attitude.
• Reside near Hamburg, as the position requires working mostly in the office.
