What you`ll do

We are looking for an ABAP/SAPUI5 developer that joins us in developing the next generation of SAP Master Data Governance.

The Role:
Our SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) development unit is a strategic development entity within SAP. Located in Walldorf, we implement state-of-the-art master data solutions in close collaboration with customers & partners in the industry as well as with other SAP units. As an ABAP developer in our team you will be using state-of-the-art programming models (RAP & Fiori) to develop and maintain our product. You will:

1. Become part of a highly motivated, creative team that enjoys developing and new technologies.
2. Be innovative and creative in terms of new functionality and software quality.
3. Work closely with our customers and partners.
4. Play a key role in the design and implementation of new functional components using the latest tools and frameworks.
5. Ensure high-quality standards through continuous automated and manual testing.
6. Explore and implement prototypes involving cutting-edge technologies.

What you bring

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Software Developer with strong analytical skills. Initial experience with master data would be desirable.

1. Academic degree in computer science, business informatics, or a connected field of study.
2. Development experience in at least one object-oriented programming language, experience in ABAP, RAP, and SAPUI5 is a plus.
3. Previous exposure to agile methodologies, particularly within a scrum team.
4. High commitment to quality, reliability, and efficiency.
5. Team player and the ability to exchange ideas in a collaborative environment.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, consistently contributing to a culture of innovation.
7. Fluent German language skills are mandatory.
