What we are looking for
We learn daily that practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation contribute to finding more joy in life and feeling better physically and mentally. As a company, we are working on this and continuously improving our offerings in the online yoga studio and academy.
As a growing company with currently 45 employees, we are seeking a communication-savvy and engaged Customer Relationship Manager for our marketing team at our headquarters in Hamburg, starting as soon as possible, for a part-time position and parental leave replacement (m/f/d).
The position is part-time for 25-30 hours per week and is limited to one year.
What you bring to the table
Completed degree in business administration or another relevant field
3-4 years of experience in customer relationship management and performance-oriented campaigns in a digital environment
Initial experience in project management
Affinity for numbers and technology, and no fear of sales targets
Initial experience with CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Leanplum)
Strong initiative, accuracy, and ability to work independently
German at native speaker level and good English skills
Teamwork and reliability
You will
Planning and executing digital direct marketing campaigns (email, in-app, push, layer) with a focus on acquiring new customers
Conceptualizing, building, maintaining, and optimizing automated customer contact paths along the customer journey
Creating complex customer selections, optimizing the accuracy of action-based campaigns, and data processes
Developing ideas to improve our campaigns and processes in close collaboration with the marketing team as well as the analytics, IT, support, and product departments
Planning and executing multichannel campaigns aimed at lead conversion, activation, and retention
Continuous reporting, analysis, and conducting A/B tests and surveys to optimize KPIs
Creating and optimizing the editorial newsletter and close collaboration with the content and social media marketing team
Supporting the YogaEasy Academy (a new product from YogaEasy) in the marketing area as a link to YogaEasy
