Get ready to wow users with your skills and service-oriented approach! Your Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions that leave users smiling.
Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.
Your Skills: Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
Strong experience with the Microsoft environment, including Windows 10 and Active Directory.
Proven experience working with ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests.
Familiarity with Google Environment tools like Docs and Sheets.
Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
Valid driver's license (Class B).
