Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
Assist in the offboarding process, ensuring that exit procedures are followed.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files.
Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks.
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees as needed.
Employee Engagement:
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
Contribute to the development and execution of employee recognition programs.
HR Projects:
Work on various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to support HR strategies.
Compliance and Documentation:
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local regulations.
Support the maintenance of employee handbooks and HR manuals.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team.
Fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian is a bonus
Duration: Part-time Werkstudent position, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your studies.
