What You Can Expect
As part of our finance team, you will play a key role in accounting and actively contribute to optimizing our processes. Your tasks include:

1. Accounts Payable:
   Managing the entire accounts payable process, including fixed assets
   Processing travel and credit card expenses accurately
   Handling bank and cash transactions
2. Payment Transactions & Payroll Accounting:
   Executing timely and precise payment runs
   Supporting payroll accounting processes
3. Accounts Receivable:
   Assisting in accounts receivable management, including issuing order confirmations and invoices
4. Month-End & Year-End Closing:
   Reconciling accounts and booking accruals
   Managing provisions and prepayments (ARAP)
   Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements
   Supporting the CAPEX process
5. Key Contact for Internal & External Stakeholders:
   Collaborating with tax advisors, auditors & authorities
   Working closely with the Controlling team
6. Process Optimization & Digitalization:
   Improving and developing DATEV and Docuware processes
   Supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics

What You Bring
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar accounting role
Work Style: Independent, detail-oriented, and well-structured
Software Skills: Proficiency in DATEV; experience with Docuware, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Knowledge: Strong understanding of German GAAP (HGB); US-GAAP knowledge is an advantage
IT Affinity: Excellent Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
Languages: Fluent in German and good English for communication with our parent company, WebMD
