Financial Director | Worldwide Leading Manufacturing Company | Saxony Germany

Serve as the Financial Partner to the Managing Director (MD) and a key member of the management team, influencing decisions that affect performance.

Provide the MD and management team with accurate financial information and transparent analysis of risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with Group policies.

Oversee all financial operations, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Evaluate and approve financial commitments and risks in line with established financial KPIs.

Foster strong collaboration with the regional team to align the plant’s strategy with the Group’s overarching objectives.

Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard financial integrity.

Develop and propose relevant KPIs and processes to help the management team monitor performance, drive actionable plans to enhance profitability, and meet annual financial targets.

Provide strategic financial advice on investment opportunities and potential acquisitions.

Act as the liaison between regional controllers and operations, ensuring effective communication and dissemination of critical information.

Lead and manage the controlling team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Over 10 years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in manufacturing (essential).

Proficiency in SAP systems.

Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience.

Fluency in German and English.

Authorization to work in the EU.
