Join us as a Social Media & Community Manager to shape and execute our social media strategy for the German market, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram. Your mission is to accelerate our reach and engagement, develop innovative content concepts, and build strong influencer collaborations to connect with company creators, solopreneurs, and small businesses.

As a Social Media & Community Manager for our German Market at Qonto, you will:

  1. Develop and implement the 2025 social media strategy for Germany, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  2. Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, leveraging our existing content and developing new concepts.
  3. Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to boost organic reach and engagement.
  4. Identify, engage with, and grow relevant online communities and influencer partnerships.
  5. Analyse social media performance, create insightful reports, and use data to inform future strategies.

About your future manager

Their background? With over a decade of experience in Content and Marketing, particularly in the finance sector, Dorothea brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Having worked across various industries, from linguistics to marketing and communications, and even as an entrepreneur, she now leads the charge at Qonto to position us as the go-to business banking solution with integrated finance tools.

About You

  1. Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with both B2B and B2C background.
  3. Proven expertise in growing social media engagement and creating data-driven reports with actionable insights.
  4. Skilled in influencer marketing, including sourcing, negotiating, and executing campaigns.
  5. Strong copywriting and project management skills, with a creative yet analytical approach to adapting content across platforms.

Our hiring process:

  1. Interviews with your Talent Acquisition Manager and future managers
  2. A remote exercise to demonstrate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Qonto could be like
  3. We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
