Responsibilities:As an assistant to the HR Manager and the specialist departments, you provide support in all HR processes, in particular in the recruitment and support of salaried and non-salaried employees
You carry out all day-to-day tasks independently, e.g. personnel data administration/maintenance in SAP/HR, Workday, maintenance and administration of personnel files, providing general information
You analyze and document HR processes, if possible using lean methods to optimize templates, documents and workflows
You support digitization projects, such as the introduction of electronic personnel files
You also work closely with various interfaces, such as payroll accounting, pension service and social partners
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training as a human resources specialist
You have convincing generalist knowledge of human resources in an internationally operating industrial company
You have practical experience in project management
You also have very good knowledge of German labor and social security law
Your very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a matter of course, SAP and Workday applications are advantageous
Your way of working is characterized by very good conceptual, analytical and structured thinking
Business fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
