Product Manager Marketing fmx

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer-facing products focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
• Work closely with senior management of the Marketing department to develop a long-term product strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle: starting from strategy through ideation, requirement gathering, design review, feature prioritization, development, and post-release optimization.
• Own the product pipeline, track performance metrics, and ensure a customer-first approach.
• Stay current on trends, innovation, and competition in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on customer-facing products (e.g., lead generation websites, CRM systems, CX tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders of all levels, including C-levels and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, design experiments, and interpret results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading agile software development teams with evidence of creative thinking, independent problem-solving, and team motivation.
