Salary (Annual): €60k - €72k depending on experience

A Japanese manufacturer is currently recruiting a Sales Representative / Key Account Manager to work in their Frankfurt office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the key customers needed for achievement of the Sales budget. The ideal candidate should have strong assessment skills, supply management expertise, and the ability to track sales budgets effectively. Business level fluency in English is required for this role. German and Japanese language skills would be beneficial.

WORK TYPE: Hybrid style work (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home)

WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the key customers needed for achievement of the Sales Budget
  • Increase the number of PO and items, customers, and forwarding transactions
  • Submit quotations and negotiate prices
  • Take PO and authorize payment
  • Verify purchase requisitions by each key customer
  • Verify action items by each key customer
  • Collect information for production plan and prepare and submit forecast to existing suppliers
  • Provide sales planning and control information by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends
  • Provide action planning for each objective connected to the achievement
  • Credit administration of customers and assess credit risk of customers
  • Secure stable transaction
  • Achieve marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Business level fluency in English
  • German and Japanese language skills would be beneficial
  • Assessment skill for supplier’s quotations
  • Supply Management
  • Cost calculation
  • Tracking Sales budget
  • Knowledge about basic chemicals, Colorant, Ink, Thermal developer, Functional resin would be beneficial
