POSITION
We are looking for a Cologne-based Working Student - Learning & Development (all genders) to join our People Solutions team on our mission to create an outstanding employee experience with a culture of continuous learning in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
CHALLENGE
- Support our L&D Team academic projects in planning and executing the learning and development programs for colleagues and managers.
- Manage administrative tasks around training and participation management to enable the managers to run tasks smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage content on our SAP SuccessFactors platform to help create metrics for future efficiency improvements.
- Take care of communication channels to promote learning opportunities and engage employees.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and guide them through the team’s upcoming plans and projects.

- Academic requirements: You are studying in the field of Communication, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Passionate attitude: Passion for learning new ways to work to improve yourself, the process, and to enable managers to plan and execute efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey your innovative ideas to the team and help processes run smoothly.
- Problem-solving and Creativity: Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to develop new possibilities and processes. Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently, and in a well-structured manner.
- Personal Attributes: Empathy, authenticity, integrity, commitment, resilience, and respect in dealing with all stakeholders.
- Language Skills: High fluency in German and English (C1/C2 required).
