Business Administrator as Financial Analyst (m / f / d)

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and own the financial model(s) to forecast and track performance
• Model operational processes and cash flow
• Analyze business performance, cash flows and KPIs
• Support preparation of monthly business performance reporting, board meetings, etc.
• Support business unit decision-making processes with analytical / data-driven insights
• Contribute to annual planning and ad hoc scenario analyses
• Actively contribute to the company-wide projects aimed at operational improvements.

Qualifications that will get you ahead

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling & data analysis from industrial business environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced data analytics and visualization skills preferred.
• Analytical skills and structural thinking
• Teamwork and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Open-minded thinking and a positive attitude
• Business-fluent German and English
