Payment Operations Specialist fmdiv

• As payment operations specialist you are responsible for the management of the end-to-end payment process including daily payment execution validation and reconciliation.
• You monitor and resolve payment issues to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Furthermore you support the onboarding of new banks and accounts to ensure smooth integration into existing payment processes.
• You identify, implement, and drive efficiency improvements in payment workflows.
• In addition, you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• You provide reporting and analysis on payment metrics and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification.
• Work Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international environment; sound experience in payment operations, cash management or banking operations in a corporate environment; familiarity with ERP systems and treasury applications, especially core Treasury Management Systems (preferably FIS Integrity & Trax); proficiency in handling bank connectivity and troubleshooting payment issues; strong knowledge of global payment systems and formats.
• Personality and Working Practice: strong communicator, strategic thinker, and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent, reliable process and performance-oriented analytical as well as structured working method.
• Languages: excellent written and spoken English and German language skills; other language skills beneficial.
