Expansion and establishment of the online sales channels (Online Travel Agencies - OTAs) for Eurowings Holidays
Responsibility for the management and development of large sales partners
Execution of contract negotiations and performance management to achieve revenue growth
Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy and identify new business opportunities
Development and implementation of strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s objectives
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustainable partnerships, including troubleshooting in sales channels
Monitoring sales budgets and forecasts to achieve financial targets
Representing Eurowings Holidays at industry trade fairs and events
Your Profile
At least 5-8 years of experience in sales within the travel or tourism industry
Extensive experience in analyzing market and sales data for decision-making and deriving strategic actions for the further development of offline sales channels
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organization (up to executive management)
Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize and structure the work environment
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with strong negotiation skills
