Teamleiter (m / w / d) Kundenberatung – Inbound Call Center (Leadmanagement & Vertriebssteuerung)

Our customer is one of the largest passenger train manufacturers in the world. The products of our customer include all types of passenger railway vehicles from high-speed trains, Maglev, intercity trains, to metro, tram-trains, light rail vehicles, etc. In order to expand the research team in Aachen, Germany, the company is looking for a talent with extensive experience in running dynamics to join and assist the team leader in managing the team together.

Job Description:

1. Conduct dynamics analysis and simulation using commercial software or in-house tools.
2. Establish work processes for dynamics analysis and simulation.
3. Support the project team regarding the EU homologation of the company's railway product in the aspect of technology.
4. Mentor younger engineers in the dynamics team.

Qualifications:

1. Master or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors.
2. No less than 5 years as an engineer in the railway industry.
3. Capable of using software such as SIMPACK, Matlab, Hypermesh, etc.
4. Successful references regarding running dynamics simulation of high-speed trains, metro, tram-trains, etc., familiar with rail-wheel contact, articulated train dynamics, and gauging.
5. Deep knowledge regarding EN 14363, BOStrab, VDV 152, etc.
6. Capable of conducting projects independently.
7. Deep knowledge and recognized references regarding TSI of dynamics.
8. Knowledge regarding structure, CFD, and aerodynamics would be a plus.
