TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Germany, ideally Stuttgart as Senior Manager Strategy (all genders) to shape the future of work!

Tasks:

• Co-development of the TAKKT Group Strategy together with the Head of strategy and executive team
• Business partner for the creation of the divisional/group function strategy together with divisional/group function leader (focus 1 division or group function)
• Drive customer centric design of the strategy via market research and competitor benchmarking
• Active role in the set-up and execution of (global) strategic projects (e.g. in area of digitization, E-commerce, processes)
• Portfolio management of strategic projects as part of global PMO

Profile:

• 5-7 years professional experience in a Corporate Strategy department and/or (strategy) consulting or equivalent
• Strong strategic and analytical mind
• Strong consulting attitude and communication skills
• Strong conceptional & recommendation capabilities
• Strong willingness to understand/cut through complexities of business issues
• Diligent and calm character
• Challenge existing ways

• Team player
