Your Role
We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company with global operations, headquartered in Frankfurt. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Business Operations Manager with a focus on Salesforce to take ownership of our Salesforce environment—configuring, optimizing, and maintaining it while driving process improvements across teams.
This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. Instead, it is a business-driven, cross-functional position requiring close collaboration with multiple departments worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the performance and adoption of Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration, high system efficiency, and a superior user experience.

Your Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
- Create flows and configure Salesforce using tools like Process Builder and validation rules.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to improve workflows and processes.
- Act as a strategic partner, gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, driving process improvements across global teams.
- Ensure data integrity, build reports & dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage system integrations and coordinate with external partners when necessary.
- Support user adoption and training, ensuring teams leverage Salesforce effectively.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and innovations to optimize business performance.
Your Profile
- Salesforce administration experience, with a focus on business process optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, engaging with global teams and stakeholders.
- A problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on role.
- Experience in sales operations, project management, revenue operations, or business enablement is a plus.
- Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical and business needs effectively.
- Based in Frankfurt am Main or willing to relocate to Frankfurt am Main.
