In addition to restaurants, a fitness studio, rooftop pool, in-house cinema, and a spacious spa area, the hotel offers 65 rooms in various sizes, 20 flats, and four lofts. The SOHO HOUSE includes the concept store THE STORE X, a platform for ideas and culture, attracting a global community of creative people.

The role...

A membership manager will report into the Head of Membership & Communications, ensuring membership targets are achieved and that the overall member experience is consistently high quality, friendly, and memorable. They will work cohesively with their peers in events and content to deliver the best possible experience for members.

Key Accountabilities...

• New members: Build and strengthen the Committees and applications, responsible for hitting quarterly member targets for City & Connect members.
• Committees: Build, grow, and motivate the Membership Committees, ensuring they are optimally balanced in terms of race, gender, age, industry, and experience level.
• Events & Experiences: Foster the creation and hosting of regular events for City & Connect members, ensuring each event promotes member engagement.
• Communication: Ensure the communications plan is delivered and that members receive relevant content.
• Liaisons: Recruit and manage liaisons for your cities.
• Applications: Review and approve applications ensuring they are suitable for Soho House membership.
• Membership Admin: Assist with resolving issues with cards and payments.
• Member Introductions: Organise and host introductions to welcome new members.
• Local outreach: Engage in networking to establish key local individuals and build brand awareness.
• Managing member behaviour: Make calls regarding behavioural issues and document conversations.
• Local Intel: Gather intel on the creative industries and trends in each city.
• Wider Membership Team: Participate in conference calls or meetings with international membership colleagues.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody Soho House values and bring the Soho House magic.
