Counterintelligence Subject Matter Expert and Planner

Key Role :

Supports counterintelligence functions including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional or technical services. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentors or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications :

  1. 15+ years of experience with counterintelligence
  2. 10+ years of experience as a Special Agent or Operations Officer
  3. Experience Working with multi-lateral or bi-lateral organizations
  4. Experience working at or above the COCOM level
  5. TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, or International Relations

Additional Qualifications :

  1. 18+ years of experience supporting CI or HUMINT operations
  2. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  3. Experience as an investigative MDCO or National Agency Agent
  4. Knowledge of biometrics and the use of identity data in CI or HUMINT operations
  5. Knowledge of technical tools and data science programs
  6. Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, International Relations or related area of study
  7. Certifications in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical certifications

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
