Are you ready to actively shape the future of international product marketing in sustainable agriculture?

For our Business Unit Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH, we are looking for an International Project Manager Marketing (m/f/d) for the location in Einbeck and Wiebrechtshausen at the earliest possible date.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global product marketing campaigns for the Business Unit Cereals, with a special focus on Sorghum, Catch Crops, or others.

This exciting position is permanent and full-time.

These will be your key tasks and areas of responsibility:

1. You develop and implement international product campaigns and marketing concepts that align with the strategic goals of the Business Unit.
2. You support the launch of new crops, products, and traits in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. Portfolio Management, local markets) and create tailored marketing and communication strategies and concepts.
3. You optimize and expand existing marketing campaigns, adapting them to current market demands.
4. You coordinate cross-business unit marketing projects and work closely with global marketing functions to ensure coherent brand communication.
5. You steer external agencies and service providers in the development and implementation of marketing projects.
6. You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of relevant marketing projects and campaigns.

Your Profile:

1. University degree in agricultural sciences or in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing or agribusiness, or comparable fields of study.
2. First experience in developing product marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B setting; knowledge of the agriculture sector is a plus.
3. Project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
4. Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage.
5. Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive.
6. Open and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
7. Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
