Investment Manager - Private Equity

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the full investment cycle, from deal origination to execution and portfolio management
• Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis
• Support strategic decision-making for portfolio companies, driving value creation initiatives
• Engage with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders to execute growth strategies
• Participate in fundraising and investor relations activities

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a similar financial background
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence
• Proven track record of working on M&A transactions and managing investments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to take ownership
• Fluent in German and English
