Our mini-daycare centers are located in the heart of Schwabing. The lovingly and modernly furnished and equipped rooms are waiting for a new team of teachers. Together you will set up a new, small, fine facility and actively help to shape your future working environment. The target group are children from English-speaking families who mostly live temporarily in Munich and the surrounding area for work-related reasons and want their children to have a kindergarten and pre-school education that corresponds to their home country, but also German-speaking or bilingual families who raise their children in English or want to raise them bilingually. The "lingua franca" in the nursery is English.

Your Responsibilities

• In addition to encouraging, observing and protecting the children, you are also an important caregiver and build a real bond with them.
• You also make sure that none of the educational focal points are neglected. You plan, carry out and document all this.
• You also arouse curiosity about the world in every child and support the development of a positive world view.
• With the parents, you build up a real educational partnership through commitment and good communication.
• Together with your colleagues from all over the world, you grow into a team in which everyone pulls together because everyone contributes their personal strengths.
• You help to develop the pedagogy and the quality of our work.
• Because more than the legally required number of people work in our groups, you have the freedom you need to prepare well and carry out individual programmes. It makes our work better, and the children and their parents happier.

Your Profile

• You are an educator, social worker (m/f/d) or have a profession that is recognized as equivalent.
• You know the responsibility you are taking on and look forward to it.
• If you face a problem, you will quickly find a solution. Also, you are willing to work with others in a team.
• Working with children is not just about earning a living; it is a matter close to your heart.
• You speak good English, at least at C-level.
