The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Educational Program Content Manager (m/f/d) to join our in-house team. If you love designing educational programs and crafting engaging content, this role is for you. You’ll be pivotal in shaping our offerings, ensuring they are top-notch and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design and Develop Programs - Innovate and create educational programs that hit the mark in the raw materials industry.
2. Create Engaging Content - Develop high-quality, compelling learning materials, from digital content to full-blown courses.
3. Market Strategically - Team up with our marketing gurus to effectively promote our programs and draw in a diverse crowd.
4. Plan Strategically - Align our educational initiatives with industry trends and future needs.
5. Implement Programs - Roll out educational programs smoothly, from pilot phases to full-scale launch.
6. Drive Improvement - Use data to continuously tweak and improve our programs for the best learning outcomes.
7. Ensure Quality - Make sure our programs and content meet all necessary standards and benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven track record in educational program design and content creation.
2. Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
3. Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
4. Creative thinker who can produce engaging and impactful learning materials.
5. Experience in marketing educational programs and attracting learners.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of the raw materials sector or related industries.
