Senior Fullstack Engineer fmd - AngularKotlin

We are incepting a new product team at SAP LeanIX to provide Architecture Guidance to our customers. Using modern state-of-the-art AI-powered data analytics the team will aggregate and utilize the data from our catalog and from workspaces across our customer base to derive insights that unlock actionable advice to guide architecture transformation. Although team autonomy is one of our engineering values we collaborate closely with other teams and departments like Product Analytics Business Intelligence Platform Legal & InfoSec to make sure that we handle the data securely, compliantly, and ethically correct.

• Angular (Micro) Frontends (TypeScript, Tailwind, NgRx, Nx, Jest)
• Microservices based on Node.js / Typescript, Kotlin, and Python
• API technologies such as REST and GraphQL

• Modern CI / CD toolchains (e.g. Github Actions, Feature Toggling)
• Monitoring & Alerting e.g. Instana

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who likes to:

• Solve architectural challenges and deliver customer value in a SaaS product environment.
• Collaborate with Product Management & UI / UX teams as part of a customer-focused product team.
• Turn ambiguity of complex and fuzzy requirements into working software solutions.
• Ship code daily or even more often.
• Take ownership of a whole micro service and lead technical topics.
• Build state-of-the-art & high-quality SaaS products.
• Continuously learn, be proactive, and curious.
• Mentor other team members & support them to grow.
• Work in a fast-paced agile environment.

Additionally:

• 4 years of fullstack development experience with a proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and reliable applications.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with up-to-date software development tools and industry best practices is highly desirable.
• Open communication style and fluent written and spoken English skills are required.

Bonus:

• Foundational knowledge in Python and developing AI / LLM applications.
• Experience on data analytics & ML / AI technologies preferably with Azure Databricks.
