Market Access Manager- EU HTA / JCA Lead

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Content Manager with proven experience in the U.S. market to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in content creation, website management, sales enablement collateral, and social media strategy to elevate our brand and messaging.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative, driving engagement, and supporting client acquisition. With a strong grasp of content pillars, SEO optimization, and best practices, you’ll position HireSpace as the leading platform in the Healthcare industry while fueling our growth and impact.

Key functions and duties

1. Content creation: Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content for website pages, blogs, sales collateral, and social media platforms.
2. SEO Optimization: Optimize website copy and content for search engines, ensuring alignment with content pillars and keyword strategies.
3. Website Management: Create and manage website pages through our CRM, ensuring user-friendly, optimized designs.
4. Sales Enablement: Produce compelling sales enablement collateral, including case studies, one-pagers, and presentations to support client acquisition efforts.
5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute content strategies that position HireSpace effectively within the healthcare tech and SaaS space.
6. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts, creating content that drives engagement and builds brand presence.
7. Analytics and Optimization: Use data and insights to refine content strategies, track performance, and identify areas of improvement.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with CEO, Client Partnerships, Product, and Talent Partnership to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
9. Product alignment: Work alongside CEO, Product, and Engineering to understand HireSpace's roadmap and immerse yourself in the product.

We’d be excited to connect if you

1. Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing, preferably within healthcare tech, SaaS/Marketplace, or related B2B industries.
2. Experience working with or in the U.S. market, exhibiting an understanding of its business culture, customer expectations, and industry trends.
3. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing content and webpages for search.
4. Experience managing websites and creating webpages using CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Webflow, Prismic).
5. Ability to produce sales enablement materials that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
6. Solid grasp of social media strategies and best practices.
7. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth startup culture.
9. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make content recommendations.
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
11. Residency within CET + / - 2 hours.
12. Remote in Europe.
