Supply Chain Executive

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. Major in Business Information will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking.
• Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft Excel & data entry.
• A team player and initiative.
• Mandatory language in written and spoken - English. Additional advantage if able to write and communicate in Mandarin.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for system-related work which would consist of:
• Purchase Order Entry.
• Purchase Order Monitoring and Maintenance.
• Purchase pricing data maintenance.
• Monitor Inbound shipment. Ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management.
• RMA.
• Be in close collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics & Finance.
• Render administrative support to team members when the need arises.
