Oversee the planning, development, and optimization of online products and the overall user experience on our website.
Define and articulate the website optimisation roadmap based on the company’s goals, market/competitor trends, and customer needs.
Work with UX/UI designers and web developers to ensure the website experience aligns with user preferences, best practices, and offers smooth navigation.
Conduct A/B testing of site elements.
Set KPIs to measure success, such as conversion rates, cart abandonment rates, and user engagement metrics.
Coordinate timely go-live of all digital assets, integrated campaigns, and promotions on the website.
Remerchandise website based on seasonality and conversion tactics.
Maintain technical quality of the website (from site speed to payment offerings and more).
Monitor competitors to support strategic planning and future developments for aeyde.com.
Minimum 3 years of ecommerce experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or communications.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Positive, flexible, and open-minded; a true team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics is a plus.
