Role Description

• A full-time remote role for a Sales Manager based in Germany.
• Drive sales growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and build and maintain client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall business development.
• Work with global regional sales teams to develop compelling sales strategies and processes and manage risks.
• Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as excellent existing business networking and lead generation tools.
• Consult with prospects on business challenges and requirements, as well as cost benefits and ROI calculations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers across various industries.
• Experience in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
• Sales strategy development, sales team management, and client relationship building skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Deep expertise in SAP solutions & projects.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Positive, high energy level, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
