You will be responsible for the IT management and leadership across multiple entities and locations in East Europe, including our locations in Azerbaijan, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Germany Hanau. You will be responsible for ensuring that all locations are properly managed, supported, and integrated into the Hellmann IT landscape, standards, compliance, and security processes.

- You will lead, mentor and manage local IT support resources, including external service providers.
- You will actively participate in and deliver regional and global IT initiatives in the countries.
- You will ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day running of IT services.
- You are responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the IT budget in line with global, regional IT, and business requirements.
- You need to comply with internal business and IT reporting requirements.
- You will ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed quality, delivery date, and cost targets.
- You are responsible for supplier and contract negotiation to ensure cost-effectiveness and requirement suitability.
- You have sufficient professional experience as a Senior IT Engineer (m/f/d), with strong technical knowledge across the IT landscape.
- You have the ability to lead and manage people with direction and motivation.
- You can dive into technical details and offer hands-on support, when necessary.
- You embrace change, are able to manage it and assist organizational adaptation of changes.
- You have a passion for IT and Service Excellence.
- You have knowledge and understanding of the importance of Cyber Security, Compliance and Data protection.
- You have strong social skills in dealing with people at all levels and can communicate effectively as well as good analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- You have a high degree of initiative and reliability and are not afraid to question old ways of thinking and patterns and support the business to rethink them.
