As a Sales Manager Subscription, you will take responsibility for the sales strategy and expansion of our subscription model. You will acquire new customers, develop B2C and B2B sales partnerships, and work closely with our teams in marketing, operations, and product development. YOUR DAILY TASKS
Building and scaling the subscription sales:
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy for our premium car subscription
- Identifying and approaching potential customers and partners
- Building a scalable sales system for the subscription business
Customer and partner acquisition:- Actively acquiring private and business customers
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with companies that could use our subscription model
- Managing leads through to contract closure
Optimizing the sales process:- Developing efficient sales processes to increase the conversion rate
- Close collaboration with the marketing team for lead generation
- Analyzing customer data and continuously optimizing the sales strategy
Consulting and customer retention:- Professional consultation on our flexible subscription offers
- Building long-term customer relationships and optimizing the customer journey
- Developing measures to increase customer retention and reduce churn rate
Collaboration with other departments:- Coordination with operations for seamless vehicle availability
- Close collaboration with product development to further develop the subscription model
- Supporting the digitalization and automation of the sales process
