Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of all equipment and ship property used to complete assigned tasks.
Prevent breakage and loss of all equipment and use only authorized chemicals in an approved manner.
Show respect for co-workers and cooperate with all management decisions.
Attend ship and departmental meetings as required.
Maintain a professional appearance to meet the Grooming Standards.
Participate in tasting food and beverages and attend all scheduled training and menu briefings.
Handle guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and reporting complaints and comments to management.

Knowledge of the assigned security roll number (from the ship's articles) and the assigned duties in case of an emergency.
