Job Description

Lead and oversee master data changes or new data entry requirements of employee data into HR Core.
Drive the update and execution of mass HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Administer HR-related documentation, including (but not limited to) contracts of employment, medical certificates, letters, etc.
Manage all administrative activities within the employee life cycle, including onboarding, leaver movements, salary adjustments, promotions, personal data changes, etc.
Consistently review and update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure completeness and accuracy, and implement improvements where necessary.
Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
Lead the input of all data related to finalizing leaver cases and new hires after payroll cutoff.
Develop and implement process automation initiatives to streamline HR processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making.
Qualifications
What Bosch Malaysia is looking for!
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Possess strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Well-versed in SAP HR Core Module.
Possess deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (including but not limited to VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
Proven experience in process automation and improvement, with a track record of implementing successful initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
Detailed-oriented and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
