Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d)

Serve as Personal Assistant to Managing Director of BASF Digital Farming GmbH to achieve the goal of helping farmers increase yields and promote more sustainable farming practices through the use of innovative technologies and data-driven approaches.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In your new position, you are in charge of the assistant function for the Head of Unit including preparation of meeting documents and presentations.
• Your responsibilities include organizing the flow of all office activities, including preparing incoming mail according to priorities, mail processing, and filing.
• You are also responsible for conference management for internal and external clients.
• Last but not least, as Assistant Managing Director you organize travel preparations and travel expense accounting.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration.
• Several years of practical experience in the secretarial/assistance field.
• Expertise in SAP R/3 and MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Independent, quality-oriented, and structured conscientious way of working.
• Very good communication skills in English and German.
