Your mission

• As part of the Controlling team, you will drive forward the development and expansion of Group controlling in the area of R&D and project controlling.
• You will support the Group companies in the preparation of R&D budgets and forecasts.
• You will be responsible for checking and evaluating the data from the Group companies and transferring it to our consolidation tool.
• You will actively help to create and maintain analyses and reports on key performance indicators.
• You will carry out variance analyses on sales performance, including commenting on them.
• Designing, monitoring and further developing group-wide processes in R&D Controlling.
• With your business management expertise, you will provide competent support to the management of the technically orientated Group companies.

Your profile

• Completed university degree specialising in finance or controlling.
• Or several years of experience in comparable positions in an industrial company.
• Professional handling of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Sound knowledge of accounting, P&L and KLR.
• Analytical thinking, strong understanding of figures, quality awareness, initiative and solution-orientated hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work in a team, social skills and the motivation to create lean and effective processes together.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
