As a UX Ops Manager / UX Producer, you’ll play a key role in fostering a collaborative, user-centered culture within our Product Design Team. Working closely with both the design team and our agile coaches, program managers, etc., you’ll ensure that product discovery and UX are central to our evolving product development processes.

We’re looking for someone with strong UX program management skills, an adaptive mindset, and a sense for navigating complexity in a fast-changing environment. Your work will operationalize UX across the company, helping to make sure that user insights are part of every product decision we make.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Bridges Across Teams
    • Act as a connector between Product, Design, Engineering and other stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, etc. helping to position UX as a key player in planning, roadmapping, and setting OKRs.
    • Represent Design in operational processes and work closely with agile coaches, scrum masters, program managers, directors and others to embed user-centric thinking in every phase.
  • Champion Product Discovery
    • Integrate product discovery practices (e.g., assumption testing, opportunity mapping) into development cycles, making sure that team decisions are guided by user insights.
  • Optimize Processes and Frameworks
    • Develop, refine, and implement tools, guidelines, and workflows that make collaboration easier and help the team share knowledge.
    • Oversee the adoption and alignment of operational tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Figma) to improve productivity and coordination across the board.
    • Establish design ops practices, such as streamlined workflows, standardized tools, and resource allocation, to balance skills and workload while helping the team operate efficiently and at scale.
  • Drive Transparency and Continuous Learning
    • Champion transparency by sharing updates on design initiatives and making goals and progress accessible to everyone.
    • Lead rituals and meetings that build a culture of knowledge-sharing and foster cross-functional learning, keeping the team agile and adaptable.
    • Mentor and support team members, especially during product discovery processes, fostering educational opportunities and skill growth
  • Shape Strategic Direction for UX Operations
    • Play a role in high-level product discussions, ensuring that user needs and insights shape our approach to design and product strategy.
    • Work closely with the QAP team to advocate for UX in all cross-functional initiatives, OKR setting, and product prioritization, reinforcing the importance of user-centricity.

    Required Skills:

    • 5+ years in UX operations, UX program management, or a similar role in product design or technology.
    • Strong foundation in product discovery, human-centered design, and design ops, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration and improving operational efficiency.
    • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Mural, Jira, Figma) and a strong grasp of design processes and workflows.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate, influence, and align teams in a dynamic environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Structured thinking and an organized approach to solving complex problems.
    • An eye for opportunities, especially in complex situations, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
    • Comfortable with adapting quickly and responding to shifting priorities and environments.
    • Skilled at embedding user-centered practices within agile or lean development teams.
    • Familiarity with design ops best practices and frameworks (e.g., those from Nielsen Norman Group), including workflow optimization, resource allocation, etc.

With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths. Expect to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues in different locations remotely.
