Net Revenue Management Lead (f/m/d) Region Central & East

The position will be located in Mannheim, Germany.

Your Role

  • Responsible to drive a 3-year roadmap across categories and Net Revenue Management (NRM) pillars to deliver value creation goals of the region.
  • Develop and drive the NRM culture, mindset and capability roadmap for our Consumer Goods business in a specific region.
  • Secure analytics implementation in region and secure need and voice of the region in the development of new and existing tools.
  • Turn data into actionable insight through project work, reporting, and the annual business planning cycle.
  • Lead the assessment of NRM maturity across the Region. Measure and communicate progress; celebrate and leverage success.
  • Lead our NRM network in Region Central & East and work in close collaboration with our European NRM team.

You Identify Yourself With

  • Extensive leadership experience and competence within FMCG, within analytical, financial, or commercial roles.
  • Proven experience within Net Revenue Management (or RGM/SRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy and Planning (MS&P).
  • Experience of working and achieving results in a matrix organization and excellent knowledge of state of the art shopper & consumer insights sources and tools and ability to translate data into insights into actions.
  • Good understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment.
  • Structured ability to manage projects involving internal and external stakeholders and excited to pioneer new solutions within Essity; driven to deliver organizational behavioural change, through the adoption of new tools and processes amongst and across region.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Seek and respond to feedback. Be prepared to work collaboratively and excellent collaboration skills: Experience of working and achieving results in a matrix organization demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse and international teams.
  • Fluent in English and Ability to travel.
