Your mission

As a Delivery Manager in the B2C domain, you will take responsibility for overseeing the delivery of key features in our 1KOMMA5° App, ensuring smooth project execution and aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals. Your focus will be on managing the end-to-end delivery process, from customer onboarding and data integration to backend system functionality and app lifetime usage features, ensuring our customers experience a seamless and personalized energy journey throughout their entire Heartbeat App.

You will ensure that delivery timelines are met, bottlenecks are identified and resolved, and all stakeholders are aligned. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless collaboration between development teams, product management, and external partners to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Your main focus will be to:

• Oversee and manage the delivery process, ensuring all relevant customer data and app features are seamlessly integrated into our backend systems

• Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring that teams are working efficiently to meet project milestones and that the flow from customer orders to full activation is smooth and optimized

• Foster communication between teams, including developers, product managers, and external partners, to ensure everyone is aligned and moving towards common objectives

Other responsibilities include:

• Managing the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards

• Supporting the App & Product Leadership in driving the digital product strategy of 1KOMMA5°, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery

• Continuously optimizing delivery processes and tools to increase efficiency and improve outcomes for the team and the customers

• Analyzing and testing potential features in collaboration with developers, making decisions based on KPIs and market analysis

• Ensuring that projects are documented, well-coordinated, and regularly updated for transparency and progress tracking

Your profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Several years of experience in a delivery, project, or product management role, preferably within app development, and ideally bring experience in eCommerce or similar fast-paced environments

• A proven track record of managing the delivery of complex projects and coordinating between cross-functional teams

• Expertise in managing timelines, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth collaboration between different departments

• Proficiency in digital project and product management tools such as Jira, Figma, Miro, and Power-BI, and familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

• A proactive mindset and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-growing company while keeping an eye on both short-term milestones and long-term goals

• An agile and product-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player

• Very strong written and spoken English skills, German is a plus

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the energy industry

• A deep understanding of technical infrastructure for app delivery and deployment processes

• Experience in B2C end customers environment
