The Engineer (m/f/x) - Global Customer Quality Management is responsible for tracking the customer portal, summarizing the global quality scorecard, supporting plant customer quality for relevant issues, reviewing 8D reports or organizing 8D for engineering topics, monitoring and negotiating warranty costs, supporting the yearly warranty target definition, and assisting in both customer and internal audits.
