We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Advertising Yield and Pricing Manager (d/f/m).

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, advertising, data analysis, and a strong interest in sustainability. About the team:

As a Yield and Pricing Manager in our Revenue Management team, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue and pricing strategies while contributing to the long-term sustainability goals of our advertising business. We are committed to not only maximizing financial success but also fostering a responsible, environmentally-conscious approach to our operations.

What you’ll do:

Yield Management:

  1. Develop and implement yield optimization strategies that maximize revenue across advertising channels while considering the environmental impact of advertising practices.
  2. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improving yield in ways that align with our sustainability goals.

Pricing Strategy:

  1. Design and implement pricing models that reflect market conditions, competitive benchmarks, and sustainable business practices.
  2. Incorporate eco-friendly technologies and practices into pricing strategies where applicable.
  3. Conduct regular pricing analysis and market research to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

  1. Work with our sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, with an emphasis on integrating sustainable practices into client solutions.
  2. Provide pricing guidance for proposals and negotiations with clients and partners.

Data Analysis and Reporting for Sustainable Growth:

  1. Leverage data-driven insights to analyze pricing performance and provide applicable recommendations for optimizing revenue with a focus on minimizing environmental footprint.
  2. Implement forecasting models to project revenue and evaluate the impact of pricing changes.

Ad Inventory Management:

  1. Improve ad inventory to balance supply and demand, maximizing fill rates and revenue while promoting the efficient use of digital resources and reducing waste.
  2. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient ad inventory utilization.

Who you are:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years experience in yield management, pricing strategy, or revenue optimization within the advertising industry.
  3. Familiarity with ad tech, programmatic advertising, and industry trends.
  4. Passion for driving change in the advertising industry towards more sustainable, ethical, and responsible practices.
  5. Proficiency in data interpretation and modeling.
  6. You are proficient in English – German language skills are a plus.
