About the team:
As a Yield and Pricing Manager in our Revenue Management team, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue and pricing strategies while contributing to the long-term sustainability goals of our advertising business. We are committed to not only maximizing financial success but also fostering a responsible, environmentally-conscious approach to our operations.
What you’ll do:
Yield Management:
- Develop and implement yield optimization strategies that maximize revenue across advertising channels while considering the environmental impact of advertising practices.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improving yield in ways that align with our sustainability goals.
Pricing Strategy:
- Design and implement pricing models that reflect market conditions, competitive benchmarks, and sustainable business practices.
- Incorporate eco-friendly technologies and practices into pricing strategies where applicable.
- Conduct regular pricing analysis and market research to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
- Work with our sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, with an emphasis on integrating sustainable practices into client solutions.
- Provide pricing guidance for proposals and negotiations with clients and partners.
Data Analysis and Reporting for Sustainable Growth:
- Leverage data-driven insights to analyze pricing performance and provide applicable recommendations for optimizing revenue with a focus on minimizing environmental footprint.
- Implement forecasting models to project revenue and evaluate the impact of pricing changes.
Ad Inventory Management:
- Improve ad inventory to balance supply and demand, maximizing fill rates and revenue while promoting the efficient use of digital resources and reducing waste.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient ad inventory utilization.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in yield management, pricing strategy, or revenue optimization within the advertising industry.
- Familiarity with ad tech, programmatic advertising, and industry trends.
- Passion for driving change in the advertising industry towards more sustainable, ethical, and responsible practices.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and modeling.
- You are proficient in English – German language skills are a plus.
