Paper / Packaging Trader – CIS-Region / Central Asia (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You’ll be trained to take on the responsibility for packaging & graphical paper grades for a defined existing customer portfolio in Russian speaking CIS countries (excluding Russia and Belarus).
• You act as a sincere middle man between our suppliers, customers, and business partners.
• You negotiate and conclude purchase and sales contracts with our suppliers and customers.
• You seize new sourcing opportunities and acquire new customers.
• You develop new and maintain existing business relations through frequent business trips to our customers and suppliers.
• You attend important trade shows in order to broaden your scope of possibilities.

Your profile

• You have some years of experience in international paper or other physical commodity trading, but we are willing to give sales talents a chance.
• You are persistent in following up on opportunities and love to conclude business.
• You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial education.
• You speak and write excellent English and Russian.
• You enjoy working in the CIS & Central Asian markets and understand and appreciate the mentality and culture of the respective countries.
• You have pronounced communication capabilities and are good at building relationships.
• You are a team player who is prepared to assume responsibility.
• You like to travel to meet customers and suppliers on a regular basis.
• You enjoy working in a multi-national team.
