What you can expect
- You support the HR Controlling / HR Operations department with all administrative tasks and the creation of documents throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- As the contact person for sick leave notifications, you are responsible for the independent handling of sick leave notifications, including querying eAU, filing certificates, creating EEL notifications, communicating with health insurance companies, and processing time credits for doctor visits.
- You are independently responsible for the coordination and handling of the company ticket.
- Additionally, your responsibilities include maintaining private health insurance subsidies in the system, obtaining and administering certificates, processing, reviewing, and approving employee applications in the employee tool LOGA ESP, and applying for A1 certificates.
- You assist your colleagues with questions regarding time tracking, application submission in ESP, and support with their time bookings and time accounts.
- You handle internal and external correspondence, archiving and filing of documents and personnel files, coordination and processing of vacation transfers, as well as HR special tasks and support for HR projects.
What makes you stand out
- You have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on human resources.
- You have relevant professional experience in HR administration or in a comparable position.
- You are very familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Your quick comprehension, strong organizational skills, and reliable working method distinguish you.
- Your fluent German and good English skills (both written and spoken) complete your profile.
