You’ll support the Head of Buying in setting the business strategy from a commercial and creative direction of the entire category, and working closely with Merchandising to align with the overall business strategy.
You’ll identify opportunities, challenge and improve existing processes, and drive innovative solutions that advance both the category and the company as a whole.
You’ll sustainably maintain and develop a competitive brand portfolio and assortment to support Lounge by Zalando’s long term vision.
You’ll lead and play a key role in projects that impact the total business unit and the long-term business strategy.
You lead and develop a diverse team of talents.
You have significant experience working in Retail Buying, covering commercial and assortment topics, coupled with strategic planning and execution within the Kids business.
You can demonstrate full ownership and accountability of cluster or budget category.
You have a proven track record in setting and communicating 1-3 year strategies in close collaboration with a Merchandise counterpart.
You bring strong experience in coaching and growing a team to achieve high engagement and performance culture.
You’re a strong communicator and negotiator that thrives in building, curating and maintaining constructive and effective relationships internally and externally.
You’ve developed a strong industry-wide network of stakeholders.
