Offshore Engineering Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement projects to boost productivity and optimize processes;
• Coordinate assigned project areas, managing schedules, costs, and quality;
• Drive solutions for emerging tasks and oversee implementation;
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and initiate corrective actions;
• Support infrastructure and energy management for process advancement;
• Ensure occupational safety across all supervised projects;
• Organize workshops and project reviews.

Minimum Requirements:

• Civil engineer or comparable training with relevant professional experience;
• Commitment and the ability to adapt to different situations and requirements;
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Solution-oriented and structured way of working.
