Offshore Engineering Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement projects to boost productivity and optimize processes;
- Coordinate assigned project areas, managing schedules, costs, and quality;
- Drive solutions for emerging tasks and oversee implementation;
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and initiate corrective actions;
- Support infrastructure and energy management for process advancement;
- Ensure occupational safety across all supervised projects;
- Organize workshops and project reviews.
Minimum Requirements:
- Civil engineer or comparable training with relevant professional experience;
- Commitment and the ability to adapt to different situations and requirements;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Solution-oriented and structured way of working.
