BarKeeper (German Speaking)

(1) Responsible for the agreed standards and recipes as well as smooth and up-to-standard workflow in the assigned areas.

(2) Conducting the opening and closing procedures of the Outlet and following up on tasks received from direct proxies.

(3) Forwarding all necessary information and updates to fellow Crew Members.

(4) Reporting any issues to the direct supervisor.

(5) Responsible for the careful handling of all work equipment and facilities in the assigned service area and carrying the equipment inventory when needed.

(6) Monitoring the stock of Hand in the assigned outlets and writing requisitions for the next day/s and/or special events when needed.

(7) Completing and checking food, beverage, and consumables orders for the work area in strict adherence to budget-related and other requirements.

(8) Carrying out inventories in the areas of responsibility when needed.

(9) Setting up events, workshops, and tastings.

(10) Performing routine tasks such as setting up and dismantling activities in the area of responsibility and properly stowing goods and equipment to the highest level of safety standards.

(11) Production, including the service of all bar drinks in accordance with all required standards in the work area.

(12) Actively implementing the philosophy behind the company’s product.

(13) Serving as the contact person for passengers regarding suggestions, problems, and complaints in the service department.

(14) Knowledge of the assigned security and safety roll number (from the ship's articles) and assigned duties in case of an emergency.

(15) Supervising and training strict adherence to all agreed regulations (USPH/HACCP, ISM/ISO, SQM, TUIC Service standards), especially regarding work safety & security, environmental protection, and hygiene regulations in the diverse areas of responsibility.

(16) Maintaining logs and checklists in accordance with company specifications.

(17) Ensuring strict compliance with OPP and COVID-19 regulations.

(18) Participating in guest tracking during regular operations by constant monitoring of the process and conducting spot checks.

(19) During take-over and shipyard times, fulfilling additional tasks as required.

(20) Performing additional tasks such as loadings, luggage help, check-in at the terminal, etc., as needed.
