About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our marketing processes and driving personalized customer engagement through marketing automation tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, manage, and improve automated campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns using platforms like Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
2. Build and optimize workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms to support marketing initiatives.
3. Segment and maintain marketing databases to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
4. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging assets for campaigns.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
6. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, landing pages, and workflows.
7. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations in all marketing activities.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in marketing automation tools and techniques.

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing automation or a related field.
2. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lead nurturing, and CRM integration.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
5. Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for customizing email templates and landing pages (a plus).
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with marketing strategies such as lead scoring, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
2. Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
3. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
