For this role, we offer a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment. As part of Exyte, you will be entrusted with real responsibilities from day one (incl. thorough onboarding and a buddy), allowing you to gain invaluable experience with construction management within highly technological EPC projects or sub-projects for production facilities and buildings in future-oriented industries such as the semiconductor, photovoltaic or battery industry. We are currently looking for enthusiastic graduates and junior candidates who would like to start their career in construction management with a focus on one or more of the following trades:

MEP - CSA - Process System - Instrumentations & Controls - Cleanroom - Clean Protocol - Life Safety - First Aid / Security - Waste Management

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus CSA
• Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality
• Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors, as well as overall oversight of the activities on construction site
• Documentation of the construction progress and reporting to construction managers
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Attending site inspection, acceptance inspections and meetings
• Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
• Measurement creation and verification of submitted documents from subcontractors

Show your expertise

• Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree
• A Plus (but not necessary): initial professional experience (e.g. during an internship or as working student) in (partial) construction supervision
• First knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
• Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
• Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills
• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities
